Hello Groupies! Today is a very special day! Today, is Lara Croft's birthday! Born on the 14th of February, 1968, Lara was destined to become a great hero, a intelligent woman, a dangerous combatant, and above all, a tomb raider. She has graced us with her presence in gaming for nearly 20 years. It's not often that a gaming character would survive three generations of console technology and still give gamers and players a reason to keep heading back to the tombs. She has shown us that whatever we put out minds to, be it puzzles, exploration, discovery, or even killer instincts, we can achieve our goals.

In light of Lara's birthday and the fact that it is Valentine's Day (even though Lara's birthday is more important!), we have provided a e-card, a Valentine's Day card for you to send to all your friends or buddies who love Lara just as much as you, through deviantART's new Valentine's Day card exchange.

#1 - I have a special place for III and IV, I love them so much. III because it was the first time I noticed Lara and when we tried the demo that was offered with a PC magazine, we replayed it over and again. The India Theme, Lara, the secrets, traps and difficulty, ... Then she bought the game and I would watch my sister and her boy play it until I couldn't resist more to sleep (I was little back then).
IV: EGYPT! Also, if it wasn't for this one, I wouldn't probably know two great friends.

#2 - Anniversary? Though it was gorgeous, it was boring as hell, unlike the first ones. I feel that the Tomb Raider spirit kind of changed with the 6th installment.

#3 - You will forever be my favorite videogame character of all. You're a bada##. More than eternal :heart:.
